Jessica Baird

Jessica Baird is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from U-M and specializes in allergy and asthma management, drawing on over six years of experience in pediatric critical care at C.S. Mott Childrens Hospital.

Deeply rooted in Michigans top academic institutions, Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University before pursuing her doctorate and a faculty position at the University of Michigan. She is an active member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.

She translates over six years of hands-on experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit into her role as an educator for aspiring nurses.
