With nearly 20 years at Hershey, she has led major transformations, including enterprise-wide system upgrades like Kinaxis Maestro and SAP S/4HANA. She earned both her BS and MBA from Penn State University.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply committed to advancing the supply chain industry through education. She serves as the Chair of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research®, fostering connections between students, faculty, and industry professionals. She lives in south-central Pennsylvania with her husband and two young sons.
