Joe Diglio is the long-serving President and CEO of the Michigan Milk Producers Association, where he has worked for over two decades. His expertise is rooted in accounting and finance, guiding the dairy cooperatives strategy and financial viability. He holds a Masters from Walsh College and a Bachelors from Wayne State University.
Joe demonstrates a strong passion for nurturing future leaders in the dairy industry. He recently established the Joseph M. Diglio 4-H Dairy Youth Endowment to provide permanent support for youth programming, scholarships, and leadership development opportunities for young people passionate about agriculture in Michigan.
In 2025, Joe was named the Robert B. Engel Farmer Co-op Manager of the Year, one of the highest national honors for cooperative leadership.
