Joel Sicat

Dr. Joel Sicat is the Superintendent of Cherry Hill Public Schools, where he previously served as Assistant Superintendent. An alumnus of The College of New Jersey and Rowan University, he is described as a collaborative and student-centered leader focused on fostering equitable learning environments and transparent communication within the district.

Outside of his professional duties, Dr. Sicat is a musician who enjoys playing the guitar. He and his son, a drummer, often play music together. He is also a dedicated supporter of his students, frequently attending district arts performances, concerts, and sporting events to connect with the community.

He was nationally recognized as a "Superintendent to Watch" by the National School Public Relations Association for his commitment to communication.
