John-Frank is the Director of Sales and Business Development at Convergent, where he advises C-level executives on strategic technology decisions. An Economics and Business graduate from Lafayette College, he leverages deep expertise in UCaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to help businesses in manufacturing, finance, and healthcare align technology with growth goals.
