John Guo

With over 20 years of experience, including a significant tenure at Philips and a period in the US with Sensata, John is now the General Manager at CPM Ruiya Extrusion. He holds a Bachelors degree from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and has a strong background in plant engineering and project leadership.

Beyond his professional focus on manufacturing, John shows an interest in a wide array of innovative ideas through organizations like TED Conferences. He also keeps up with broader industry applications, following advancements in beverage and packaging solutions within the larger CPM family of companies.

He has hands-on experience in major international projects, having led a factory relocation initiative from the US to China.
