John Okker-Edging

John is a Customer Support Analyst at RLDatix with a background in project management and solution analysis for companies like Cerner and Retail Data Systems. He leverages his experience in hospitality and healthcare technology to support clients. John holds a bachelors degree from Earlham College.

Outside of work, John was a collegiate lacrosse goalie at Earlham College, where he pursued a degree in Music. He has a keen interest in international sports, particularly following the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team, and enjoys a variety of media, including the TV show "Game of Thrones".

John is a former college athlete who majored in Music before building a career in the technology sector.
