Jon Speiser

Jon Speiser is the Owner and President of Memories Charcoal House, a community-focused restaurant in Mount Airy, MD. He leverages his Business Management degree from Towson University to lead the establishment. Jon is an alumnus of Saint Johns Prospect Hall, class of 2000.

Deeply rooted in his community, Jon co-owns the restaurant with Andrea Stup, continuing its long-standing tradition. He demonstrates his connection to his alma maters by having hosted a 10-year reunion for his high school class at his own establishment, showing a clear passion for bringing people together.

Unique fact: Jons connection to Memories Charcoal House began long before he became the owner; it was his very first job as a teenager.
