Julian Curnuck
Energizer · DISC type IJulian Curnuck is the Chief Executive Officer of the award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash. With a background as a Director at Deloitte and a degree from the University of Bristol, he has extensive experience in finance and real estate, steering the company through complex restructuring and securing major funding for large-scale projects across the UK.
Outside of work, Julian is a Trustee of Inner City Music, which operates Manchesters iconic "Band on the Wall" music venue, reflecting a passion for arts and culture. He is also a long-standing member of the NSPCC Advocate Network, demonstrating a commitment to community and charitable causes. He lives in Manchester with his wife.
He was an invited speaker at the 2025 World Economic Forum Urban Transformation Summit in San Francisco, discussing purpose-led regeneration on a global stage.
