Karl Gluck is a dedicated mental health leader within Gloucestershires public sector. Holding senior roles like Head of Integrated Commissioning for Mental Health & Autism, he shapes strategy for the County Council and NHS. His career is supported by a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Gloucestershire and an MA from Bournemouth University.
In response to the Black Lives Matter movement, he instigated a key report to address mental health inequalities within Gloucestershires ethnic minority communities.
