A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP), she specializes in people-first talent strategy, leadership development, and DEI, guided by her education from Northumbria University.
Outside of work, Kate is deeply committed to her community. She founded the Ukrainian Family Hub in Warrington to support refugees, an initiative that won her a community contribution award. She also serves as Chairperson for a local sports and community club, which she was instrumental in saving from closure.
To launch her business in 2005, Kate sold her house, put her life in storage, and sofa-surfed to fund her people-first vision.
