Kathryn Lockhart is the Executive Director of the McKenna Institute, driving digital transformation in New Brunswick. Formerly CEO of Propel, she has extensive experience scaling tech startups across Atlantic Canada and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Kathryn is deeply committed to her community. She is a Managing Partner at WEL Atlantic, a fund investing in women-led startups, and a member of the International Womens Foundation.
