A BNSF veteran of over three decades, she has held leadership roles across operations, marketing, and finance. She holds both a BBA and an MBA from Texas Christian University, where she also serves as a Trustee.
Outside of her executive duties, Katie is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the American Airlines and engaging with organizations like the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and Jewel Charity. She is committed to mentoring students at her alma mater and enjoys paying forward the opportunities she was given.
She made history in 2021 by becoming the first female CEO of a Class I railroad in North America.
