Katie Hartley is a veteran of the background screening industry, with experience across a wide variety of departments since 2002. As Vice President of Client Solutions at Accurate Background, she focuses on streamlining screening processes for employers. A Kansas State University graduate, colleagues describe her as dedicated, knowledgeable, and highly reliable.
Outside of her direct role, Katie is deeply committed to her professional community, serving in leadership positions for the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). She also traveled to South Africa with a non-profit to help build a playground for children, an experience she described as a highlight of her life.
She is the Chair Elect for the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and will begin her term in 2027.
