Katie Shaw is the Vice President of Project Realization at Falkirk Environmental Consultants, where she leads a national practice advancing major infrastructure projects. With over 20 years of experience, her expertise lies in public affairs, Indigenous engagement, and policy development. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Victoria.
Outside of her primary role, Katie is the Vice Chair of the Construction Foundation of British Columbia. She has a deep-seated interest in community development and has previously served on the boards of Equitas, an international human rights organization, and the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre.
She has co-authored multiple academic papers on the topic of youth engagement and co-learning in Canada.
