Keisha Browder is the CEO of United Way Bay Area, bringing 25 years of experience in community development, fundraising, and philanthropy. Described as a bold, innovative, and courageous leader, she is recognized for her equity-centered approach to creating community health. She holds a B. A. from the University of Washington and has studied at Stanford.
Outside of her executive role, Keisha is an engaged community volunteer, wife, and proud mother of two. She is passionate about mentoring and uplifting others, particularly through initiatives that empower women and youth from diverse communities to achieve their full potential.
She led the creation of the first-ever Black Community Enhancement Fund in Santa Cruz County.
