Kelsey Gauger

Kelsey Gauger serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Suffolk Construction, where she has driven innovation for over a decade. She leads initiatives in construction technology, data analytics, and process improvement to enhance project efficiency and predictability. Kelsey earned her Bachelors Degree from Williams College.

Outside of her professional focus, Kelsey has a demonstrated interest in international cultures, having concentrated on Modern Asian Studies in college and studied Italian history and language in Rome. In the past, she played on the Williams College womens soccer team and has been a Big Sister at Big Sister Boston.

She co-founded The Abigail Club, a young womens social club in Boston.
