Kimberly Ayala is the Director of Customer Success at Akeneo, leading strategy across the Americas and APAC. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in guiding enterprise customers through complex tech transformations and driving business outcomes. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
Outside of her primary role, Kimberly is deeply invested in the customer success community. She is an ambassador for the Customer Success Collective, where she co-hosts a podcast and speaks at conferences. She also volunteers with Women of Customer Success, focusing on mentorship and community efforts.
