Krista is the VP and Chief Employment Counsel at Biogen, providing strategic legal advice for a global workforce of nearly 10, 000 employees. An alumna of Cornell University and Boston College Law School, she was recently honored as a 2024 "In-house Icon" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Outside of her legal career, Krista is actively involved in community causes, notably supporting sexual assault survivors and serving as Co-Chair of the Board for the Victim Rights Law Center. During her time at Cornell, she was the editor-in-chief of the university yearbook, The Cornellian.
