Kristel Clouse is the Owner and Executive Chef of Brunch Room Bistro in Forney, Texas. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, she specializes in creating popular brunch dishes with a Cajun/Creole influence, such as oxtail with mac and cheese. She successfully pivoted her original restaurant, French Quarter Bistro, to this new concept in 2024.
Kristel is passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere centered on southern hospitality. Her culinary philosophy is rooted in scratch cooking and providing an exceptional dining experience that feels like eating with family, a value she carried into her new brunch-focused venture.
She successfully adapted her menu from a traditional bistro to a popular brunch theme while retaining signature items like gumbo.
