Kristin Cahayla-Hoffman serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Attraction at the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp. (LVEDC). She leverages over a decade of corporate real estate and finance experience from Air Products to lead business attraction, expansion, and retention initiatives. Kristin holds an MBA from Lehigh University.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Kristin has lived and worked in the Lehigh Valley for over 20 years after attending Muhlenberg College. She is actively involved in the regions growth and serves on the board of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), a prominent industrial real estate trade association.
She was part of the transition team for the new County Executives in both Lehigh and Northampton Counties in early 2026.
