Outside of work, Lacy is a dedicated community leader, serving on the board for Easterseals Iowa and as Co-Chair for Iowa Women Lead Change Metro Women Connect. She is also the past president of Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland and actively supports NAMI Iowa, showing deep commitment to local non-profits.
