Lance Watson

Lance Watson is a founder and the Vice President & COO of Avansic, where he leads day-to-day operations and R&D. A recognized expert in digital forensics and eDiscovery, he frequently serves as an expert witness. He holds both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa.

A Tulsa native, Lance pursued his higher education as a non-traditional student while working full-time. He has publicly expressed deep appreciation for the University of Tulsa faculty who supported him and his wife during his studies, highlighting a strong connection to his local roots and alma mater.

His expert testimony analyzing mobile device data in a murder case led to the release of a wrongly convicted person.
