Laura Moritz Montgomery

Laura Moritz Montgomery is the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Elicit, where she specializes in building high-performing teams within the AI and ML ecosystems. Her expertise lies in designing recruiting strategies for high-growth startups, a skill she honed at companies like Weights & Biases and Google. She holds an Associates Degree from Cabrillo College.

Outside of her professional life, Laura values in-person team connections and cultural experiences. She recently attended a team offsite in Santa Fe, where she enjoyed exploring the desert and viewing incredible art with her colleagues. She appreciates the flexibility of remote work but also enjoys visiting the San Francisco office to foster team growth.

Unique fact: While at Firebolt, she was responsible for leading all US recruiting efforts and hired the initial teams for R&D and Go-To-Market.
