Leo Brend is the Technology Director at Everyman, where he leads digital transformation, AI strategy, and the launch of new digital products. He previously spent over 16 years at Curzon, rising from marketing roles to Director of Technology, showcasing a deep expertise in blending creative and technical leadership within the cinema industry.
Outside of his executive roles, Leos passion for film is evident through his long-term involvement as an advisory group member for the From Page to Screen film festival. He also has a background as a producer for a documentary about the National Screen and Sound Archive of Wales and an interest in the LEGO Group.
He is a vocal advocate for "invisible technology"—technology that enhances the cinematic experience without distracting from it.
