Lucy Taylor

Lucy Taylor is the Director of Communications and Engagement at the Diocese of Gloucester, where she also serves as Deputy Diocesan Secretary. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in developing communication strategies, building organizational partnerships, and managing media. She previously worked in television program production after earning a BA in Professional Media.

Outside of her formal role, Lucy is passionate about finding relevant ways to share stories of the Christian faith with society today. She is a skilled connector of people and departments, focused on building trust and fostering open communication. She enjoys the challenge of highlighting fascinating stories from peoples everyday lives.

In an interview, she emphasized that being relational, a good listener, open-minded, and creative are the most important attributes in the communications sphere.
