Lynne McKenzie-Juetten is an experienced People and HR Director with a career dedicated to the social impact sector, including over 15 years in social housing. Holding an MSc in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, she now leads the people function at the youth mentoring charity MCR Pathways.
Outside of her primary role, Lynne is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of trustees for SAY Women, a charity supporting young women survivors of abuse, and for Sculpture House, an organization providing creative arts programs and opportunities for the local community.
She is a board member for two distinct charities focused on community arts and supporting young women survivors of homelessness and abuse.
