Manuel Silveira

Manuel is a seasoned plant manager with nearly three decades of experience in the beverage industry. After 20 years managing a large-scale wine production facility, he joined Bolthouse Farms in 2008 and progressed to his current leadership role. He is passionate about mentoring and developing his team members.

Inspired by his parents who were immigrants from Portugal, Manuel has a strong work ethic. He is known as a "grill master" who enjoys connecting with his large team by personally hosting barbecues for them, fostering a family-like atmosphere outside of the typical work setting.

Prior to Bolthouse Farms, Manuel managed a wine plant that produced 100, 000 cases per day.
