Outside of work, Marianne is a mother, and her approach to business and work-life balance was significantly shaped by becoming a parent at 24. She draws motivation from her background as the daughter of a Congolese immigrant. In her youth, she was a dedicated musician, playing viola and singing.
Her mission is to help one million women become "too wealthy to be silenced" so they can own their power and change the world.
