Mark Ciavaglia

He has served as chairperson for his churchs pastoral council and was a founding board member of the Advocacy Center for Children of Galveston County. His service has earned numerous accolades.
He was named the 2007 Citizen of the Year by the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce.
