Mark Kolb

" A former programmer with an education from Ryerson University, he has successfully invented and published numerous games. His creations transition from personal projects to commercially successful products, including a game distributed by Outset Media.
Marks passion lies in creating tactile entertainment, which he pursues as a creative retirement hobby. He designs and produces over 140 unique lasercut wooden and acrylic games, puzzles, and brainteasers at a local makerspace. He also organizes community scavenger hunts and engages with locals at artisan fairs.
His self-published card game, "Connections, " was rebranded as "SideLinks" and is now sold worldwide in major retail stores like Barnes & Noble.
