Mark Searcy

Mark is a Director at Alan Blunden Insurance Brokers with a career spanning over 25 years in the insurance profession. He specializes in property and landlord insurance, having progressed from an underwriting administrator to Underwriting Director before achieving his ambition of moving into the broking world in 2011.

Outside of work, Mark is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, cycling, and walking. He spends much of his free time trekking in the Peak District, Wales, and Scotland. He is also a keen traveler and hopes to one day return to South Africa, a country he admires for its scenery and wildlife.

He serves as the Secretary for the Open GI User Group (OGIUG), an independent organization that supports users of the Open GI broking software.
