Matthew Motisi is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health, specializing in sports medicine and complex joint reconstruction. He focuses on minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery for the hip, knee, and shoulder. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and was named Orthopedic Resident of the Year at Broward Health.
Dr. Motisi serves as a team physician for Florida Atlantic University (FAU) athletics, helping collegiate athletes recover from injuries and improve performance. A native of South Florida, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two sons when he is not treating patients.
During his residency at a Level 1 trauma center, he was selected as the administrative chief resident.
