Megan Morys-Carter is the Director of Digital Innovation at Oxford University Hospitals and Director of TheHill, where she accelerates the adoption of digital health technologies in the NHS. A University of Cambridge graduate, she specializes in creating innovation pipelines that unite clinicians, entrepreneurs, and industry to improve patient care through technology.
Outside of her primary role, Megan is passionate about fostering purpose-driven businesses and science education. She founded the social enterprise OxLaunch, which helps startups to scale, and serves as a Board Member for The Oxford Trust, a charity focused on enterprise, innovation, and science engagement.
She has led one of the most comprehensive NHS evaluations of Ambient Voice Technology to save clinicians time.
