Melissa Baer is a seasoned higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in enrollment management. As the Senior Director of Admissions at the University of Cincinnatis Lindner College of Business, she focuses on recruitment and strategic visioning. She is passionate about creating pathways for students to attend college, mentoring professional staff, and championing programs that provide students with significant professional experience before they graduate.
