Melissa Kateusz is a Financial & Strategic Manager at Mid-America Pool Renovation with over 15 years of experience in the swimming pool industry. Her expertise spans accounting, sales, project management, and human resources. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a recipient of the 2018 Employee of the Year award.

Outside of her primary role, Melissa shows an interest in the local business landscape, following major Kansas City corporations like Sprint and Cerner. She is focused on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring her team is well-supported.

She spearheaded an initiative to provide two warm, healthy meals a week for her team, believing good food directly impacts performance.
