Michael Seelman

Michael Seelman is an executive coach and the CEO of the Leadership Coach Group. With over 20 years of experience, he has held leadership roles at the White House and the FBI, and now coaches executives at companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. He holds a masters degree from Harvard University.

His passion for leadership development extends beyond traditional methods, incorporating unique techniques such as mindfulness, music, and even improv comedy training into his coaching. This playful yet deep approach is a core part of his professional identity, aimed at helping leaders achieve their full potential and live more fulfilled lives.

He served as the first global chief of internal communications for the FBI, where he coached Director Bob Mueller after the 9/11 attacks.
