Michele Cardiff

Michele Cardiff is the VP, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Dominion Energy, a company she joined in 1993. A Certified Public Accountant and Virginia Tech alumna, she has progressed through various financial leadership roles, including VP & General Auditor, demonstrating deep expertise in corporate accounting and financial operations.

Outside of her primary role, Michele is dedicated to advancing her profession and supporting education. She serves on the board of directors for the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Virginia Tech Accounting and Information Systems Advisory Board, connecting back to her alma mater.

She has built her entire professional career, spanning over three decades, within Dominion Energy.
