Michelle Doeling

Michelle Doeling is a Branch Operations Administrator at Minnwest Bank with a career spanning credit analysis, mortgage lending, and branch management. She is an award-winning employee, having received the banks Pete McVay Community Service Award. Michelle studied Marketing at Southwest Minnesota State University.

Deeply committed to her community, Michelle is a multi-year campaign chair for the United Way of Southwest Minnesota. She actively volunteers for numerous local organizations, including Junior Achievement and her church, where she teaches children. Michelle resides in Marshall, MN, with her husband and four children.

She was recognized as a Top Producing Loan Officer for her work with a home improvement financing program.
