Michelle Lollie is an Advanced Laser Scientist at Quantinuum, where she designs and builds complex optical systems for quantum computers. She holds a PhD in Physics from Louisiana State University and made a unique career transition, pivoting from a successful career in finance to quantum optics.
Outside of her work, Michelle is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM, participating in various initiatives to support marginalized groups. Her personal interests include practicing the violin, weightlifting, and calisthenics, reflecting a disciplined and multi-faceted personality. She is also an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
