Mike Collins

Mike Collins is the Managing Director and co-founder of Mawson Collins, a leading Guernsey property agency. With over 35 years of experience spanning the building and property industries, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role. His career progression includes a previous directorship at a well-established local agency before establishing his own firm in 2012.

Mike runs the successful agency as a family business, working alongside his wife, Lisa, who is a Director. More recently, their daughter Cerys has also joined the company as a Marketing and Management Administrator, highlighting a deep integration of his family and professional life.

He began his career as an electrician, giving him a rare, ground-up understanding of the properties his firm now manages.
