Mike Swinford is the CEO of Numotion, the leading U. S. provider of complex rehabilitative technology and mobility solutions. A former President and CEO of GE Healthcare Services with over two decades at GE, he is passionate about transforming the industry through innovative customer solutions and advocacy. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Outside of work, Mike is deeply committed to improving healthcare access and inclusion for people with disabilities. He founded the Numotion Foundation and is actively involved with advocacy groups like ALSA and the MDA. He and his wife, Kelly, reside in Brentwood, Tennessee, and have two sons who are both studying engineering in college.
His personal mantra is "Make it personal, " a principle he uses to guide his organizations focus on internal and external business storytelling.
