An avid and accomplished sailor, Mike coached the 1996 U. S. Olympic Sailing Team and was named Coach of the Year. He co-founded Phoenix Strategy Investments, a private fund created to acquire and operate small-to-medium-sized businesses, personally taking on leadership roles.
