Mina Pacheco Nazemi is the Head of Barings Diversified Alternative Equity team. She is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School. Her career in private equity began after Barings acquired Aldea Capital Partners, the firm she co-founded, in 2018.
Mina is a vocal supporter of diversity in finance, particularly for women and people of color. She serves on multiple boards and investment committees, including the Pan American Development Fund and City of Hope, and is a Finance Leaders Fellow at The Aspen Institute.
