Miriam Linda Akeriwe (PhD)

Dr. Miriam Linda Akeriwe is the University Librarian at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, holding a PhD in Information Sciences. Her expertise covers digital libraries, institutional repository management, and the application of AI in academic research. She has presented her work at numerous local and international conferences.

She demonstrates a strong passion for bridging the global knowledge gap, actively working to provide equitable access to scientific information for low and middle-income countries. She recently spoke on a panel about how digital resources can empower women, particularly in challenging contexts, fostering equity and opportunity.

Miriam serves as a Country Connector for the global Research4Life partnership, representing the Ghana Library Association.
