Naomi Racette is the Executive Director of the Future Generations Foundation, a Cree Métis leader with expertise in non-profit governance, strategic fundraising, and reconciliation-focused partnerships. An alumna of the University of Torontos Rotman School of Management, she has overseen large-scale capital investments and beneficiary disbursements for Indigenous communities.
Originally from the Qu’Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan, Naomi is deeply dedicated to improving the quality of life for Indigenous peoples and empowering youth. She is a vocal advocate for Truth and Reconciliation and was recognized for her impact as a recipient of the 2023 Women of Influence+ award.
In a previous leadership role, Naomi was responsible for the disbursement of over $100 million to support First Nations and Métis individuals.
