Nicola Pickup

Nicola Pickup is the EVP of Supply and Operational Excellence at Infineum, where she has progressed through several leadership roles. An engineering graduate from the University of Bath, her expertise spans strategic supply, business transformation, and global engineering, driving significant collaborative projects.

Outside of her corporate role, Nicola is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and kind leadership. She actively engages in mentoring young people, helping them prepare for their future careers, and champions causes like International Womens Day within her organization.

Nicola was proudly named one of the 2024 "Kindness in Leadership leading lights" for her compassionate leadership style.
