Nicolas Bertrand, Nicolas

Nicolas Bertrand is the Director of Finance, Management Control, and Procurement for the Grand Reims urban community and the City of Reims. His career is deeply rooted in public service, with progressive leadership roles in finance and administration for various municipalities, including Paris. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.

Outside of his professional duties, Nicolas has an interest in ecology, reflected in his following of "Le Retour du Vivant". He also appears to be an enthusiast of French boxing, being associated with the Cercle Remoise De Boxe Francaise.

He serves as a recognized expert in his field, participating as a jury member for territorial public administration examinations.
