Nicole Smith Hendricks

Nicole Smith Hendricks is a seasoned healthcare executive, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Research Medical Center since August 2022. She previously spent over a decade as VP of Operations at Belton Regional Medical Center, where she oversaw major expansion projects. She holds a Masters in Health Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering.

Outside of work, Nicole is deeply committed to community service. She serves on multiple economic development boards in Cass County and Belton and is a member of The Links, Incorporated, a volunteer service organization. In her downtime, she enjoys working out, traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with her family.

In 2016, Ingrams Magazine named her one of Kansas Citys Most Influential Women.
