Njoki Ngugi

Njoki Ngugi is the founder and director of Crystal Creamery, a Kenyan dairy business specializing in yoghurt products. An agripreneur with a Higher National Diploma from the Kenya Institute of Management, she successfully transitioned from a career in human resources and administration to build her company from the ground up.

Njokis entrepreneurial journey is fueled by a passion for dairy value addition, the science of fermentation known as zymology. She started Crystal Creamery as a weekend side hustle while working a full-time job, demonstrating immense personal drive and dedication to perfecting her craft and growing her venture.

She actively shares her expertise by leading masterclasses and offering mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs on how to launch their own commercial yoghurt businesses.
